- Shape product design and strategy for Yelp Assistant, Yelp's AI-powered
  agent experience
- Set design systems direction adopted across product teams, aligning
  craft and consistency company-wide

Lead Product Designer — Yelp
March 2019 – August 2020
- Led design for Core Experience, while continuing to guide Design Systems
  and Visual Design direction across the wider team
- Raised craft and consistency standards across product surfaces without
  direct reports, setting a bar other designers built from

Senior Product Designer — Yelp
September 2018 – March 2019
- Established a new visual language that became the foundation for Yelp's
  first formal design system

Visual Designer — frog
April 2017 – September 2018
- Designed across multiple client engagements spanning different
  industries as part of frog's global consultancy practice
- Adapted visual design approach to each client's brand and problem space
  within tight consulting timelines

Product Designer — Zendrive
June 2015 – April 2017
- Transitioned from visual/graphic design into full product design,
  shaping how Zendrive's driving-data platform looked, felt, and
  functioned
- Laid the foundation for the product design practice carried into every
  role since
